Just before he was to be picked up by state authorities,that one day ,he was ordered to be a worker for me ,,,I was training NCO , That day , eve when the company came back out of the field ,he told me he can make it rain ,and the company out of a sunny clear day ,came back soaked. But yes ,I see it myself ,He clamed he could ,he was discharged from the rd airborne.

But I cannot remember what he was arrested on ,I thought he said ,stolen property of some kind ,he let them store at his place. When I see one with many witnesses, such as this event, I believe it!

Not many officers would go on record stating this as fact! They would certainly be open to much ridicule! Having this many people come forth and confirm this event makes it that much more real to me!

I pray that Don seeks God in all that he does! He ,got discharged. Due to something at the time ,back home ,I never knew what , commander could not say anything to us. I had no reason to do anything but. It was not until years later ,when I seen this mystery on t. I witnessed other things. This has happened to me in my apartment. Home video cameras were very rare in in the time this took place. They did exist but only wealthy people or those especially interested in them would own them.

Even when prices went down by the early 90s, most people still did not own a home video camera. Because he was a teenager at the time, is it possible this phenomenon could have been a poltergeist?
